Marketing Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and create engaging marketing content across relevant digital platforms.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Implement marketing plans and contribute to achieving marketing targets.
• Lead and coordinate the marketing team, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
• Manage and monitor marketing campaigns and analyze their results.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and report performance insights.
• Ensure marketing objectives and targets are achieved.
• Manage customer relationships using CRM systems and maintain accurate customer data.
• Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, and HubSpot.
• Manage and monitor digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
• Use analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio to evaluate campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign budgets, measure return on ad spend (ROAS), and optimize marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content management.
• Experience in digital marketing, content management, and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing management systems.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Zoho CRM, and HubSpot.
• Good knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to monitor marketing performance and prepare reports.
