Marketing & Visualization Designer (Real Estate Development)

We're looking for a creative and technically strong Marketing & Visualization Designer to join our real-estate development marketing team.

This role combines graphic design, branding, and high-quality CGI/3D visualization. You will create project brochures and marketing collateral, develop visual identities, and work closely with our architectural team on photorealistic renders and 3D showroom models.

Key Requirements:

• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Advanced CGI & 3D rendering experience (3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, or similar)
• Experience preparing real estate marketing brochures
• Ability to collaborate with architects on 3D models
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding + architectural visualization
• Experience in real estate development or architectural visualization is highly preferred.
