Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of seller performance after onboarding ensuring partners grow, comply with operational standards, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will be the primary point of contact for active sellers and play a key role in maximizing assortment quality, sales performance, and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Seller Performance & Growth

  • Manage a portfolio of active sellers to grow GMV, conversion, and assortment depth
  • Monitor key performance metrics including pricing competitiveness, stock availability, and content quality
  • Identify growth opportunities and close assortment gaps within categories

Commercial Optimization

  • Advise sellers on pricing, promotions, and campaign participation
  • Improve product content and discoverability to increase conversion
  • Drive participation in retail events and marketplace campaigns

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor fulfillment performance, cancellations, returns, and customer complaints for your accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and marketplace service standards
  • Proactively resolving operational issues impacting customer experience

Compliance & Process Alignment

  • Ensure sellers follow marketplace policies, invoicing requirements, and regulatory obligations
  • Support sellers in adapting to operational or compliance updates
  • Coordinate with finance and logistics teams when issues arise

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with logistics, marketing, finance, and tech teams to improve seller performance
  • Provide feedback to improve platform tools, processes, and policies

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–4 years experience in account management, eCommerce, marketplace operations, or retail
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data and performance metrics
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence partner behavior
  • Structured problem-solver with strong operational understanding
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • A strong network of local sellers
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written
