Sales Specialist who will own the entire sales cycle and help grow our vendor network. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to hustle, cold call, close deals, and build long-term relationships with service providers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and onboard new vendors across key service categories.
Drive outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, pitching, and closing partnerships.
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and account management.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline regularly using internal tools/CRM.
Build strong relationships with vendors and ensure their smooth onboarding.
Monitor vendor performance, follow up on engagement, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Work closely with the operations and product teams to ensure successful marketplace growth.
Requirements
23 years of sales experience, ideally within a digital marketplace environment.
Proven track record in outbound sales, cold calling, and account management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
