Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our customer's team in a remote AI training capacity. In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise in family systems, relational dynamics, and behavioral health to help train and refine AI systems designed to support mental health care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and translate real-world therapeutic scenarios into structured training content for AI systems
- Develop and document individualized treatment plans reflecting evidence-based practices in family and couples therapy
- Review and evaluate AI-generated therapeutic responses for clinical accuracy, appropriateness, and ethical alignment
- Provide expert insight into relational conflicts, parenting challenges, divorce/separation issues, and family stressors
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation, including progress notes, evaluations, and treatment recommendations
- Utilize practice management and billing platforms to inform realistic workflow modeling in AI training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and data specialists, to improve AI understanding of therapeutic processes
- Participate in remote meetings and provide structured feedback to enhance AI performance
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT or equivalent)
- Proficiency in practice management and billing systems such as:
- EZ2Bill Confidant
- EZClaim
- Advantage Software Psych Advantage
- eMDs Medisoft
- Synergistic Office Solutions (SOS) Case Manager
- SumTime Software
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Experience using virtual communication platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong empathy and clarity
- Thorough understanding of ethical, legal, and documentation standards in mental health practice
- Comfort working independently in a remote, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing to AI training, digital mental health platforms, or health technology initiatives
- Advanced certifications in specialized modalities (e.g., CBT, EMDR, systemic family therapy)
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency
- Experience mentoring clinicians or contributing to clinical training materials
