Job Summary

We are seeking Marshalls to support crowd movement, access management and general operational coordination across a large-scale project.

The role requires individuals with strong communication skills who can provide clear directions to visitors, staff and members of the public while maintaining safe and orderly movement.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct visitors, pedestrians and personnel within assigned areas.
• Support crowd management and orderly movement.
• Provide clear directions and basic information.
• Monitor entrances, exits, queues and designated operational areas.
• Assist with access and movement during busy periods.
• Identify and report potential safety or security concerns.
• Coordinate with supervisors, Security and Operations teams.
• Support emergency and evacuation procedures when required.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, security, customer service, crowd management or operational support preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good spoken English.
• Arabic would be an advantage.
• Presentable, professional and confident dealing with the public.
• Able to stand and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Qatar/GCC experience preferred.
