We are seeking skilled Masons to join our team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in masonry and be capable of executing a variety of construction tasks. This role requires a commitment to quality and safety while delivering excellent craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Prepare surfaces for masonry work by cleaning and leveling.
- Mix and apply mortar, concrete, and other materials.
- Lay bricks, stones, and blocks according to specifications.
- Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on existing masonry structures.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in masonry or related field.
- Proficiency in using masonry tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
