Role Description The Massage Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based at Groovy Aesthetic clinics in New Cairo. This role involves providing professional body and therapeutic massage services, including techniques such as shiatsu, in accordance with clinic protocols and client needs. The Massage Therapist will conduct client consultations, assess individual concerns such as stress or muscle tension, and recommend suitable treatments and wellness plans. Daily tasks include preparing treatment rooms, maintaining equipment and hygiene standards, documenting services performed, and ensuring that all procedures meet safety and quality guidelines. The role also requires delivering exceptional client care, supporting a calm and welcoming environment, and collaborating with other wellness and medical professionals to enhance overall client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong body and therapeutic massage skills, including experience with Techniques such as Shiatsu and other relaxation or muscle-release therapies.
• Proficiency in stress management approaches and client wellness support, with the ability to tailor treatments to individual physical and emotional needs.
• Customer service skills with a focus on empathy, clear communication, and building long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of spa hygiene and safety standards, including proper sanitation of tools, linens, and treatment spaces.
• Relevant certification or diploma in massage therapy or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Ability to work flexible hours, stand for extended periods, and perform repeated manual techniques safely.
• Experience in medical-grade or high-end spa environments is an advantage.
• Commitment to ongoing learning in massage techniques, wellness trends, and client care best practices.
