Massage Therapist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Massage Therapist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Massage Therapist will perform a range of therapeutic and body massage treatments, tailored to client needs and wellness goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their concerns, recommending appropriate massage techniques, and delivering safe, professional sessions. The role involves maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, following hygiene and safety protocols, and documenting services provided. The Massage Therapist will also support a positive client experience by managing appointments, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with colleagues to maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust with clients.
• Proficiency in therapeutic massage techniques and body massage, with a focus on client comfort and safety.
• Experience or training in Shiatsu or similar specialized massage modalities.
• Skills in stress management and relaxation techniques to support client well-being.
• Relevant massage therapy certification or diploma from an accredited institution.
• Knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety standards in a wellness or spa environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or similar setting in Dubai or the region is an advantage.
