The Role

The Master Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of core business masterdata. You will manage master data across key domains, support ERP/WMS integration, and drive improvements that enhance data quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Master Data Management

  • Maintain and update product, customer, vendor, and supply chain master data.
  • Monitor data quality, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
  • Map AsIs data flows and define improved ToBe data processes.

Data Quality & Process Improvement

  • Analyse data to identify gaps, errors, and inefficiencies.
  • Apply continuous improvement methods to streamline data workflows, working closely with the process transformation lead.
  • Build KPIs and dashboards to track data quality and performance.

System Integration

  • Support ERP/WMS configuration for master data structures and rules.
  • Assist with data migration, cleansing, validation, and UAT.
  • Ensure master data aligns with optimised business processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive adoption of data standards.
  • Produce clear documentation and training materials.

SOPs & Governance

  • Create and maintain SOPs for master data processes.
  • Support governance frameworks for ongoing review and improvement.

Required Skills

  • Experience in master data management or data governance.
  • Strong understanding of ERP/WMS systems.
  • Ability to analyse and redesign data workflows.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and detailfocused.

Desirable Skills

  • Degree in Data, Operations, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience in FMCG or multichannel environments.
  • Confident, pragmatic, and resilient with strong changemanagement capability.
  • Customerfocused and resultsdriven.
