Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume RFQs (1,000–9,000+ SKUs) under tight deadlines
• Structure, clean, and standardize unorganized product data
• Convert RFQs into complete, accurate, and usable datasets
• Coordinate with international suppliers to obtain pricing and technical data
• Apply pricing logic aligned with market benchmarks and commercial targets
• Deliver ready-to-quote outputs to support Sales teams
• Ensure continuous follow-up with suppliers and internal teams
• Identify and resolve data gaps proactively
• Collaborate daily with Sales, Procurement, Master Data, and Logistics
• Support RFQ-to-quotation conversion and revenue generation

Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in automotive aftermarket (product, category, or procurement roles)
• Strong understanding of part numbers, cross-referencing, and vehicle applications
• Proven experience handling large RFQs (1,000+ SKUs)
• Experience coordinating with international suppliers
• Strong commercial awareness, especially pricing competitiveness
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
• ERP experience (Odoo preferred)
• Ability to structure incomplete and unclean data
• High ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive follow-up approach
• Execution-driven profile with focus on speed and output
