As our organisation continues to grow locally and internationally, we are seeking an Architect to join our team.

Role Purpose

We are looking for an Architect with strong Master Planning expertise to help shape large-scale, high-impact developments from early vision through concept design and planning submissions. You will work across multi-disciplinary teams to translate strategic intent into clear, buildable spatial frameworks, ensuring design quality, feasibility, and a strong narrative from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to master plan and urban design concepts across mixed-use, hospitality, residential, and large-scale developments
• Develop site analysis, constraints mapping, planning strategies, phasing concepts, and land-use frameworks
• Produce high-quality outputs: diagrams, layouts, massing studies, design narratives, and presentation decks
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders (engineering, landscape, mobility, cost, planningconsultants, clients)
• Support feasibility studies including density, GFA, unit mix, circulation, access, servicing, and infrastructure considerations
• Ensure proposals align with local regulations, client objectives, and project viability
• Prepare and present design work in client meetings, workshops, and design reviews
• Maintain design excellence, consistency, and documentation standards across deliverables

What you bring

• Degree in Architecture (Master's preferred) and [professional registration preferred]
• Proven experience in master planningand early-stage concept design (typically 5+ years, adjust as needed)
• Strong design thinking with the ability to move between strategy and detail
• Confident communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; strong capability in SketchUp and/or Rhino
• Experience producing compelling diagrams, vision plans, and narrative-driven presentations
• Ability to work across multiple projects, manage priorities, and deliver to deadlines
• Excellent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage

Advantageous

• Experience in hospitality and resort planning, mixed-use destination projects, or large residential communities
• Knowledge of planning processes and authority submissions in [regions relevant to you]
• GIS familiarity, parametric or analytical tools, and strong 3D workflow
• Revit capability is beneficial, depending on your pipeline
• Experience coordinating with landscape, mobility, infrastructure, and environmental consultants
