Role Description

This is a contract/commission based position for a Freelance Associate Matchmaker, operating as an independent contractor. Based on-site in Dubai, the role involves working directly with clients to understand their values, relationship goals, and preferences. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, coordinating introductions, sourcing potential matches, and providing ongoing client support and insights throughout their dating journey. A collaborative and professional approach is essential for success in this role.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with high-calibre individuals, has strong intuition about people, and wants to grow alongside a premium, rapidly scaling matchmaking brand.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful connections and communicate effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
• Ability to assess compatibility, exercise confidentiality, and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Experience in relationship coaching, counseling, psychology or related fields is a plus.
• Familiarity with the local culture and social dynamics in Dubai is a must.
• Flexibility to work independently while adhering to the company's values and standards.

• Able to build her own network and attract potential clients
• Motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently
• Arabic speaker is preferred but not a must
• Must be based in Dubai

As a Matchmaking Associate, you will:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding potential matchmaking clients
• Build and maintain your own lead pipeline and client network
• Conduct interviews and create detailed partner profiles (training provided)
• Support the matchmaking process with research, follow-ups, and client communication
• Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence

You will be trained directly by Mia Pavlikova, founder of Find Your Swan, to understand the psychology, methodology, and standards of a premium matchmaking service.

Because the role involves access to sensitive methods, processes, and client information, the selected candidate will be required to:

• Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
• Complete the full training before engaging with clients
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion at all times
