Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory and field testing of construction materials such as soil, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt in accordance with approved standards (ASTM, BS, AASHTO, etc.).
- Collect samples, conduct tests, and prepare accurate test reports.
- Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and housekeeping of laboratory equipment.
- Support QA/QC teams with inspections and material approval processes.
- Ensure compliance with project quality procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and HSE requirements.
- Identify non-conformances and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site teams and third-party laboratories as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role in relevant industries
- Experience in dredging and marine industry will be an advantage
