About the role
Lead the resolution of any stock out issues to avoid compromising production and/or customer delivery deadlines. Support and participate in the commercialisation process through to launch of all new products introduced into the KSA market.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the Procurement Technology Buyers on all material requirements for KSA
- Maintain and review raw material stock levels with view to maximise cash flow and meet agreed targets
- Generate and report on weekly At Risks materials and flag up projected stock shortfalls through the Technology Supply Process and provide commentary on actions taken to meet deadlines
- Work with technical teams to develop action plans for slow moving stocks to reduce stock write-offs
- Work with and develop expertise in material call-off planning using SAP ECC & APO modules
Qualifications and skills
- Candidate will be qualified to degree level in an Supply Chain, Business / Commercial discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in doing material call-off, preferably in a food manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems is essential; SAP experience is a definite advantage.
- A deep knowledge of Supply Chain with the ability to think logically in a fast changing environment is essential
- English verbal and written communication competencies are essential.
