Material Requirement Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

-Improve description and new codes for required materials from all requested departments.

-Follow up and control purchase orders in terms of descriptions, stock balances, and the feasibility of the request.

-Standardize codes for the same items (spare parts, oils,........) to reduce the cost of purchasing an item more than once.

-Prepare Material Requirement Planning after studying it with the department.

-Prepare reports of pending purchase orders and orders that have problems.

-Modify material descriptions and standardize codes.

-Reduce cost from Purchasing the same item more than once due to overlapping descriptions.

-Make sure not to buy materials that may be in stock as a result of the wrong description.

-Modify purchase requests according to the requesting department.

-Standardize The item code for all the company stores, to cost reduction and transfer of balance from one store to another when needed.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

Minimum of 24 years of experience in the field.

Excellent Proficiency in using all MS Office Package.

.Very good command of English.
