Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed maternal and fetal assessments using advanced imaging and diagnostic tools
- Manage complex and high-risk pregnancies with evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide counseling and education to patients and families regarding prenatal care and potential risks
- Collaborate closely with obstetricians, neonatologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain meticulous patient records and adhere to healthcare regulations
- Keep abreast of current research and advancements in maternal-fetal medicine and implement best practices
- Participate in training, mentorship, and research activities within the department
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited university with specialization in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- Board certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- Valid medical license to practice in the UAE
- Proven experience in managing advanced prenatal care and high-risk pregnancies
- Proficiency with advanced diagnostic and imaging technologies
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
