Elite Private School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Mathematics lessons, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and inspiring students to achieve academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the individual learning needs of students.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessment, and academic performance.
- Participate in curriculum planning, departmental meetings, and school improvement initiatives.
- Support extracurricular activities, competitions, and school events as required.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with ADEK regulations and school policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).
- Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, Teaching Diploma, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Mathematics.
- Experience teaching secondary school students.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with international curricula is an advantage.
- ADEK approval or eligibility for ADEK approval is preferred.
