Role Description

Mathnasium KSA is seeking a passionate Mathematics Instructor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Mathematics Instructor, you will deliver high-quality math instruction to students aged 4–17, helping them build strong mathematical foundations and confidence through the Mathnasium Method. You will work with students of different ages and abilities, providing individualized instruction that meets their learning needs. This is a hybrid part-time position involving both in-center and remote instruction.

This position requires daily communication with students, parents, and colleagues in both Arabic and English. Therefore, fluency in both languages is a mandatory requirement. Candidates who are not fluent in both spoken and written Arabic and English will not be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken, written, reading, and listening) – Mandatory.
• Candidates must be able to confidently teach, communicate with parents, and conduct professional conversations in both Arabic and English.
• Strong mathematics knowledge, including Algebra I, Algebra II, and Geometry.
• Proven experience teaching mathematics with the ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Ability to identify and respond to individual student learning needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate, enthusiastic, patient, and committed to student success.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to develop confidence in mathematics.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience with online teaching platforms and educational technology is an advantage.
