MCC Engineer

Job purpose:

The jobholder shall contribute to ensure an optimal In-service support maintenance solution, supporting MCC to achieve excellent fleet availability with the highest quality and safety standards.

Core Responsibility:

• Cross functional role for receiving and evaluating maintenance tasks received from CAMO and its execution through the MRO till its closure.
• Arrangement of Tools, materials, Hangar and Manpower required for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Management of AOG situation by combining all stake holders for Aircraft recovery.
• Review and evaluation of PFR's and plan its corrective actions as required.
• Monitoring and Evaluation of MEL/CDL items and plan maintenance action for its closures accordingly.
• Support long term and create short term plan for Aircraft maintenance.
• Create and Manage work packages in ERP + Hard copies for Line/Base maintenance.
• Monitoring of Aircraft logbooks and management of its discrepancies.
• Maintaining Technical records in ERP for the assigned fleet.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Negotiation level at English language (Technical & Aeronautical).
• Knowledge and proficiency in reading and interpretation of Aircraft and component manuals.
• Good Computer skills with at least knowledge in MS office and airworthiness ERPs (M4A, AMOS, SAP, Trax..)
• Highest standard in terms of quality, reliability and safety.
• Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Formal Training on Airbus Fleet.
• At least two (4) years of experience working in MCC or similar environment.
