PosizioneThe Retail Operations Intern with his/her analytical mindset is able to translate complex data into simple and great solutions for all of Loro Piana ME Stores. He/she will support day-to-day operations project efficiency across the ME network.
Operations- Support for the roll out of ME Retail Operations projects;
- Support for the implementation of new processes in line with headquarters guidelines and projects
- Coordination with all relevant office departments (Buyer/Supply Chain/IT/) in order to better and clearer deliver feedbacks to Stores;
- Control and ensure that measures in place are following company standards and are up to date;
- Management of operational tasks related to opening, relocation and renovation processes ensuring timely follow up and within the budget;
- Support for the implementation of all the administrative after sales activities and quality check, following the company guidelines.
Analysis and reporting- Daily basis high level of support concerning reporting and Stores KPIs analysis;
- Weekly/monthly/seasonal reporting on key KPI's, performance and productivity (e.g. %Sell through, delivery, full price vs mark down, seasonal vs non-seasonal, special orders, shop-to-shop transfer);
- Analyze and monitor export sales, transfers and consignments;
- Collect complex data, prepare effective PowerPoint presentations for both Store Teams and HQ departments.
Retail Support- Active support to all of ME Store Teams: always be ready to bear Sales Associates and Store Managers;
- Work closely with the Store Managers to create and drive best practices, concerning operational excellence;
Profilo- Currently attending a bachelor degree in business, engineering or related studies; or recently graduated.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus;
- Excellent and proven analytical skills: proficient usage of Excel is compulsory; usage of SAP Retail will be considered a plus;
- Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office;
- First experience in a retail company is highly appreciated, moreover covering operations, analysis, marketing or buying related tasks;
- Curiosity and pro-activity are key elements, which will allow you to gain greater autonomy during your internship experience;
- Able to engage with different stakeholders;
- Strong organizational and communication skills: you are a go-getter person.
