We are looking for a product portfolio manager to join our team and support the strategic direction of our product portfolio. Aligning with MEA Strategic Value Proposition leaders and central Orange Products&Marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing new product ideas, and ensuring alignment and consistency among our existing MEA products and Orange international portfolio. You will also work closely with product managers and MEA Tribes members, and other stakeholders to ensure MEA SVP portfolio is well structured and managed.
Responsibilities:
Define and communicate the vision, mission, and goals of our product portfolio
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and gaps
Develop and prioritize new product ideas and initiatives that align with our portfolio strategy and business objectives
Collaborate with MEA SVP leaders and solution experts to ensure that product strategies and roadmaps are aligned with the portfolios goals and value proposition
Manage and optimize the product portfolios performance, profitability, and lifecycle
Program manage MEA Digital and Communication services team improvement initatives and programs
Monitor and report on the portfolios progress, achievements, and challenges
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
votre profil
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a portfolio or program management role
Proven track record of launching and managing successful products in the market
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence others
Experience with agile methodologies and tools
Passion for innovation and customer satisfaction
