Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Achieve sales targets for the tracker business across the Middle East region.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and execute regional marketing activities to enhance market share and brand presence of tracker products.
  3. Identify and promote new business opportunities, supporting project execution and fulfillment within the region.
  4. Develop and expand the customer base, driving order growth and long-term partnerships.
  5. Provide timely feedback on issues encountered during contract execution and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, delivering valuable insights for product optimization.
  7. Build and lead the MEA regional team, including recruitment, training, and retention of key talent.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the solar energy industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of tracker products, market dynamics, and distribution channels within the solar sector.
  3. Proven experience in team management and leadership is preferred.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  5. Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, in order to liaise with clients.
