Mechanic Engineer

Pharo Pharmais looking for a Mechanic Engineer to join our team in Egypt.

Design, specify, and oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment, such as bioreactors, tablet presses, filling lines, and packaging machinery.

Focus on equipment integrity, material compatibility, and mechanical reliability. Conduct stress analysis, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer calculations as needed.

Manage engineering projects for equipment upgrades, installations, and process improvements, including planning, budgeting, execution, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions to ensure reliable operations.

Support equipment qualification and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), drive continuous performance and reliability improvements through data analysis, and maintain essential engineering documentation, SOPs, technical specifications, and maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related).

• 2-5 years of experience.

• Ability to analyze complex technical problems, interpret data, and develop effective solutions.

• Good communication and ability to work across functions
