We are seeking a skilled Plumbing & Firefighting Junior Engineer with strong experience in high-rise residential and hospitality developments. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge in Revit MEP and be proficient in generating accurate and coordinated plumbing models aligned with project requirements and BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D plumbing system models using Revit MEP based on design inputs and project specifications.
- Generate coordinated plumbing layouts, construction documentation, and shop drawings.
- Collaborate closely with BIM teams across disciplines (Architecture, Structural, HVAC, Electrical) to ensure clash-free and fully coordinated models.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining BIM standards, workflows, and templates for plumbing services.
- Participate in design reviews, clash detection sessions, and coordination meetings.
- Update models as required to reflect design revisions or site changes.
- Support senior engineers and BIM coordinators with technical input related to plumbing services.
- Ensure deliverables are issued on time and meet the studio's quality control standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Plumbing BIM Modeler in building design.
- Strong proficiency in Revit MEP is mandatory; experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience working on high-rise buildings and hospitality projects.
- Understanding of plumbing system design principles, including drainage, water supply, and venting systems.
- Ability to interpret mechanical and architectural drawings.
- Familiarity with international and regional plumbing codes and standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
