Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer

Job Purpose:

To design, coordinate, and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of labor accommodation projects, industrial facilities, and ready-made factories. The role requires ensuring systems are efficient, compliant, and aligned with operational requirements while maintaining cost-effectiveness and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and review HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, load calculations, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and project teams.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and monitor MEP installation quality.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and oversee testing and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, Civil Defense requirements, and applicable codes.
• Support value engineering and implement energy-efficient, sustainable solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering, preferably in industrial or real estate development projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and MEP standards.
• LEED Green Associate certification is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
