Hiring Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
We are looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to join our Facilities Management team based at Borg El Arab Airport.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and oversee daily operation and maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical systems including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, pumps, chillers, power distribution, lighting, UPS, generators, MV/LV, and low-current systems, ensuring reliability and compliance with technical standards.
- Work closely with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors during preventive and corrective maintenance while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth facility operations.
- Monitor Mechanical & Electrical system performance, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Follow up on mechanical and electrical spare parts requests, review technical specifications, and coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience, preferably in Facilities Management or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, pumps, chillers, power distribution, lighting, UPS, generators, MV/LV, and low-current systems).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
