Role Description

A Tender Mechanical/Electrical Engineer is responsible for preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals for MEP projects. The role involves analyzing tender documents, conducting detailed technical evaluations, selecting appropriate equipment and materials, and coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers. The engineer ensures that all proposals are accurate, submitted on time, fully compliant with

client requirements, and aligned with company standards.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering, cost estimation, or project proposals.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, materials, and industry standards.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, scope of

• work, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Prepare technical clarifications to ensure complete understanding of client requirements.
• Select appropriate mechanical and electrical equipment (e.g., pumps, valves...).

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams.

• Develop technical and commercial tender submissions, including data sheets and compliance documents.

• Ensure all proposals are accurate, compliant, and submitted on schedule

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
• Experience: A minimum of [1-2 years] of proven experience in sales support of Pumps, Valves, or related industrial equipment.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep technical knowledge of engineering principles and the types and applications of pumps (centrifugal, well, positive displacement, etc.) and valves (gate, globe, ball, butterfly, etc.).
