Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Department Head to lead all mechanical engineering activities including HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and infrastructure systems across our development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design review and approval processes.
- Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Liaise with consultants and authorities for required approvals.
- Review shop drawings and material submittals.
- Manage Payments Invoices, claims, and variation orders.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Manage mechanical project budgets and contractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and safety regulations.
- Lead and mentor the mechanical engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 812+ years of experience in real estate development projects.
- Strong experience in HVAC and fire protection systems.
- Experience in Commercial, residential and villas Projects is preferred.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
