Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities in coordination with stores and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Conduct regular store inspections to verify compliance with maintenance schedules, service level agreements, and operational standards.
Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities to ensure timely completion, quality workmanship, and compliance with approved specifications.
Assess contractor performance, identify service gaps, and drive corrective actions to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Manage inventory of maintenance consumables and critical spare parts to maintain operational readiness and minimize equipment downtime.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, incidents, and emergencies, coordinating appropriate actions to ensure business continuity and workplace safety.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, prepare performance reports, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
Support team performance through coaching, training coordination, workforce planning, and adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements
Experience in planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs while ensuring compliance with operational standards and maintenance schedules.
Ability to maintain accurate asset maintenance records, service histories, and preventive maintenance documentation.
Experience in monitoring service providers and contractors to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate maintenance activities across multiple departments while minimizing operational disruption.
High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. Relevant technical or maintenance certifications are an advantage.
Minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience, including at least 1 year within a retail environment.
Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
