Mechanical Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Job Summary:

To support mechanical engineering and maintenance activities in the plant, ensuring efficient operation, reliability, and safety of equipment and systems in compliance with company standards and industrial best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Assist in the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems.

·      Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities under supervision.

·      Support in troubleshooting mechanical failures and proposing corrective actions.

·      Help prepare maintenance reports, documentation, and technical records.

·      Collaborate with senior engineers to improve equipment performance and reliability.

·      Participate in equipment inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.

·      Assist in developing mechanical drawings and specifications when required.

·      Learn and apply company procedures and safety regulations in all activities.

Qualifications:

·      Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.

·      Experience: Fresh graduate (0–1 year of experience).

·      Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, compressors, valves, and piping.

·      Understanding of preventive maintenance principles.

·      Familiarity with AutoCAD or other engineering design software is a plus.
