• Study project design, suggest initiatives for MEP works design enhancement
• Study BoQ & WO for work scope coverage and quantity sufficiency as per project design
• Execute and monitor the MEP works with the vendor as per Construction schedule & GFC drawings
• Achieved desired progress, maintain quality and safety at site
• Coordination among C&S, Finishes and other vendors at site
• Coordination among Central Design team & Project
• Assist in tender drawing, BoQ, vendor negotiation, certification of vendor invoicing and maintaining records
• High level of Integrity,
