Perfect Solution MEP is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Mechanical Sales Engineer to join our growing team.

Requirements:

_Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

_2+ years of experience in Mechanical Sales / MEP Sales, preferably with experience in HVAC and Fire Fighting systems.

_Strong technical knowledge of MEP mechanical systems and the ability to understand and present technical solutions to clients.

_Ability to manage a team and build strong, long-term relationships with clients

_Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

_Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

_Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients.

_Ability to prepare quotations, technical/commercial offers, and sales reports.

_Ability to achieve sales targets and develop effective sales plans and strategies.

_Ability to identify upcoming projects and market opportunities and convert them into business opportunities.

_Strong follow-up skills with customers from the initial inquiry through quotation, negotiation, and closing.
