Location: Hosinia Hospital.

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join the execution team on one of our hospital construction projects, covering HVAC, plumbing, medical gases and firefighting systems.

- Execute and supervise mechanical works on site (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and medical gas systems) in line with approved drawings and specifications

- Perform quantity take-off (BOQ) and prepare material and manpower requisitions (MR) based on site progress

- Prepare and submit Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and follow up on consultant approvals

- Coordinate submittals and handover of completed works to the Consultant, including inspection requests and sign-off

- Prepare and maintain As-Built drawings reflecting actual site execution

- Review shop drawings and coordinate with the Technical Office on RFIs and site queries- Track quantities executed and support progress reporting and interim payment applications

- Enforce HSE standards, with particular attention to hospital-environment safety requirements.

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering

- 3–5 years of site execution experience, ideally on hospital or healthcare-facility projects.

- Solid understanding of BOQ, MIR, submittals and As-Built documentation

- Good command of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel

- Strong coordination skills with consultants and multidisciplinary site teams

- Valid Engineers Syndicate membership.
