Mechanical Inspector

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in mechanical site inspection within the UAE.
• Strong experience in building construction projects (residential, commercial, mixeduse).
• Excellent understanding of UAE codes and authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, ADQCC, Civil Defense, etc.).
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of mechanical standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, IPC.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and inspection software (advantage).
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple site tasks.
