As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous operation of power station assets. You will execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities, support troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to the safe and seamless functioning of critical mechanical equipment. Your work will directly enhance plant availability, customer satisfaction, and uphold Siemens Energy's commitment to operational excellence, safety, and sustainability.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Plan, coordinate, and execute mechanical maintenance and repair activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and plant reliability.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems and components within power station environments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance programs, ensuring resource availability and adherence to maintenance targets.
- Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and Siemens Energy standards across all maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance work to support operational transparency and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to plant availability and customer satisfaction by strictly following maintenance work plans, procedures, and operational guidelines.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with solid experience in power station operations.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in mechanical maintenance and repair activities within power plants or similar industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of EHS regulations and a demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance.
- Ability to establish, manage, and monitor maintenance programs in alignment with legal and company standards.
- Excellent documentation and record‑keeping skills to ensure accurate maintenance reporting.
- A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
