Job Description

Cairo Engineering Equipment (C.E.E.), Egypt's leading provider of specialized airport and municipal equipment since 1991, is looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our technical team.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our fleet of specialized mechanical equipment (truck equipment) such as road sweepers, rubber removal machines, and truck mounted manlifts (aerial platforms)...etc. Supporting both airport and municipal clients across Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on above mentioned truck equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical faults
Carry out onsite repairs and maintenance at client and airport locations
Manage spare parts requirements and maintenance schedules
Coordinate with manufacturers technical support teams for complex issues and warranty matters
Ensure equipment meets operational and safety standards
Prepare maintenance reports and documentation
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed
Provide technical guidance to junior technicians

Requirements

10+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally with above mentioned truck equipment
Strong background in hydraulic and mechanical systems for heavy and specialized vehicles
Solid understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic drive systems, and PTO systems
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification)
Experience working with international equipment manufacturers is a plus
Willingness to travel to client and airport sites across Egypt
Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently onsite
Good command of English (technical documentation)
Experience working with Road Sweepers and Truck Mounted Manlifts
