Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise daily mechanical maintenance activities
- Perform root cause analysis and propose preventive solutions
- Monitor equipment performance using predictive maintenance tools
- Prepare detailed failure analysis reports and recommend performance improvements.
- Track and analyze equipment performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF).
- Oversee repairs of pumps, compressors, gear systems, and hydraulic components
- Test equipment post-maintenance to ensure proper functionality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
