EgyCham is hiring for one of our clients in Manufacturing Industry
- Role Description
- Lead and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for compressed air and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair air compressors, dryers, valves, actuators, pneumatic lines, and air preparation units.
- Monitor air pressure, temperature, flow, and system performance to ensure reliable operation.
- Identify and eliminate compressed air leaks and unnecessary energy losses.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis for repeated mechanical and air-system failures.
- Maintain and improve the reliability of production equipment and pneumatic systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Retaled Field
- 3–5 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance within a manufacturing industry is a MUST.
- Strong hands-on experience with Compressed Air Systems, Pneumatic Systems, and industrial equipment is required.
- Good knowledge of pneumatic circuits, valves, actuators, FRL units, regulators, and air distribution networks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for air pressure, leakage, flow, and equipment performance issues.
- Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
