Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer located in Ain Sokhna. The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment. Key duties include developing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting mechanical failures, implementing engineering improvements, and ensuring equipment reliability to maintain production efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the safety and longevity of equipment is a crucial aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair practices
- Strong expertise in Mechanical Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance methodologies
- Experience in Maintenance Engineering practices to optimize operational efficiency
- Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and recommend effective solutions
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with safety protocols and standards in an industrial environment
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in the cement or heavy industry is a significant advantage
