Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to maintenance plans.
• Monitor daily machine performance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure continuity of production operations and improve equipment efficiency.
• Follow up on maintenance faults and prepare technical reports.
• Recommend spare parts requirements and monitor consumption.
• Ensure maintenance documentation and technical records are updated accurately.
• Improve product quality and reduce reject rates through effective machine adjustments.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG industry
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Familiarity with production machinery and industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or related software is a plus.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
