Role Description This full-time Mechanical Production Engineer role at Diniz Adient Egypt is an on-site position based in Ismailia. The Mechanical Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that manufacturing processes run safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. Key tasks include monitoring production lines, identifying and resolving mechanical and process issues, and optimizing workflows to meet output targets and reduce downtime. The role involves coordinating with maintenance, quality, and planning teams, preparing production reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing and cost reduction projects. The Mechanical Production Engineer also contributes to implementing new equipment or process changes, training production staff on procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes, interpret data, and drive process improvements.
Candidates should possess experience in Quality Control to maintain product standards, conduct inspections, and support corrective actions.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly document procedures and reports.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in manufacturing environments.
Candidates should possess knowledge of industrial safety practices, basic lean manufacturing concepts, and familiarity with production-related software or ERP systems.
