Mechanical Project Engineer - Construction

A leading MEP contracting company in the UAE having the vacancy of Senior Mechanical project and site engineers ( HVAC & Plumbing)

The applicant shall have the following qualification / experience:

a) Bachelor degree in the Mechanical Engineering.

b) Minimum 3 years experience in the execution of the plumbing OR HVAC installations in the MEP construction projects. Experience shall be in different projects type such as high rise buildings & Villas community.

c) Knowledge & experience in reading the shop drawings, implementing the related installation at site, extracting the material quantity of the project from the shop drawings, preparations the material order request & understand the site requirements to proceed with the works.

d) Experience in controlling the labors, assigning the work targets, monitor the labor productivity & achieving the project budget with regards to the manpower assignment and achievements.

e) Technical knowledge about the HVAC OR Plumbing work and understanding the systems functionality and for the senior level to have the knowledge for the related technical calculations.
