We are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager with 1015 years of experience, including strong UAE experience with main contractors in electromechanical/building construction projects.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems
• Project planning, execution & monitoring
• Contractual and technical documentation
• Leadership & team management
• Budgeting & cost control
• Coordination with consultants, clients & subcontractors
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management tools

Minimum 1015 years of experience

Must have UAE experience with main contractors in building construction

Strong leadership and project execution skills
