Hiring: Mechanical QC Inspector (Welding & Painting) Abu Dhabi - LONG TERM
A leading Oil & Gas EPC organization is looking for a Mechanical QC Inspector (Welding & Painting) for its projects in Abu Dhabi.
Position: Mechanical QC Inspector (Welding & Painting)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary:
- Basic: Up to 6400 AED
- Food & Accommodation Allowance:2100 AED
- Mobile Allowance:100 AED
- Working Days: 6 days/week
- Duty Hours: 10 hours/day
- Leave: Once a year (paid leave)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects.
- Strong background in piping, valves, welding, painting inspections.
- Mandatory Certifications:
- CSWIP 3.1
- BGAS Grade 2
- ASNT Level-II (RT, UT, MT, PT)
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / relevant engineering discipline.
- Preferable:
- ADNOC approval
- Knowledge of ADNOC GAS specifications
- Ability to review and ensure compliance with WPS, ITPs, project drawings.
- Skilled in witnessing inspections: fit-up, welding, hydrostatic/pneumatic tests, blasting & painting.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, NCR identification, corrective action follow-up.
- Coordination with Client / Subcontractors / TPI.
