Job Summary
The Mechanical QC Inspector (Plumbing/HVAC) is responsible for ensuring that all mechanical installation works comply with project specifications, Saudi Aramco standards, approved drawings, and applicable international codes. The role involves inspection, quality control, documentation, and coordination with project teams to ensure high-quality execution of plumbing and HVAC systems.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Inspect plumbing and HVAC installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Ensure adherence to Saudi Aramco, project-specific, and international quality requirements.
- Conduct inspections at various stages of installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Verify material approvals, method statements, ITPs, and QA/QC documentation.
- Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and QA/QC teams for quality compliance.
- Maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
- Support audits and inspections conducted by clients or third-party authorities.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with safety and quality procedures.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Mechanical QC inspection (Plumbing/HVAC).
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Saudi Aramco Approval with valid SAP Number and CBT Qualification.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems, installation, and testing standards.
- Experience working on large-scale industrial or oil & gas projects.
