Mechanical Site Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Inspector – Mechanical to join our consulting team for ongoing and upcoming high-end residential, hospitality, and building projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, etc.) and a strong understanding of design and execution as per project specifications, international standards, and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a consultancy.
• Proven experience working on high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial building projects.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems installation and codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, etc.).
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards.
• Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with AutoCAD and/or Revit is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities efficiently.
