Role Purpose
At Hyde Park Developments, the Mechanical Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of all mechanical systems across our residential and mixed-use communities, supporting a high-quality living experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical maintenance operations including HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Monitor system performance and implement energy efficiency initiatives.
- Supervise technicians and specialized contractors.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, HSE policies, and local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure minimal service disruption
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5-8 years of experience in facilities management within real estate developments.
Strong expertise in HVAC and building systems.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
