Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that specified portion of the project are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Study all mechanical drawings and comment if there is any technically mistakes according to the
- Assist in the definition of mechanical scope and prepare the Request for Quotation (RFQ) for mechanical scope such as: (Over Head travelling Crane, Air Conditioning Works, Firefighting, plumping & drainage, and security systems).
- Review and comment subcontractor offers, and technical submittals based on their involvement and scope of work.
- Review/comment vendor transmittals for all mechanical works such as for (Over Head travelling Crane, Air Conditioning Works, Firefighting, plumping & drainage, and security systems).
- Follow up the subcontractor site technical issues to resolve and provide best solution to avoid any negative impact on the project time/cost.
- Follow up with site engineers for the running activities for any clarification or correction maybe required during the construction progress.
- Review vendor inspection test plan (ITP) for all mechanical works.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Assess project needs, and materials needed for the project
Requirements
Saudi National only
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
