Job Description

Job Purpose:

Maintaining all type of Pumps such as Centrifugal pumps, Gear Pumps and metering pumps. Mechanical seal replacement, coupling, alignment, Gear box assembly and maintenance, agitator maintenance.

Responsibilities

:Applying Preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance to all installed pumps and valves as per O&M manual instruction, Pipeline Bursts treatment, Reporting Failure Points that Require Pump Maintenance, Bearings and Points of Lubrication, Shaft Sealing replacement if needed, Mechanical part inspection. Electrical testing of motors
